Still many people would like to live in a house in Miami Beach because of the wonderful ocean and the climate. But, recently the experts say the number of sold condos has reduced. People don’t want to sell, although there are numerous desires to purchase a beach house or condo. The values and the prices of property differs from area to area and buyers have a chance to choose what they want  but the flood is so high that there might be problems with the availability of houses in the area. People are eager to buy houses in Miami Beach in spite of the fact that some buildings are rather old and require additional investment. Local agents are surprised because the more expensive property is  sold more quickly at the beach area. Observing all the tendencies the investors are ready to work in the area and build new restaurants, clubs and so on. So, the area looks rather attractive and perspective as everyone wants to have some sunshine for ever.
